MedAssets needed an experienced veteran to help develop custom telephony tools for thier in house call center.

Solidcloud acted as a professional services organization and boosted MedAssets development team expertise in telephony systems for a time, then trained and handed the code off to their team for implementation and integration.

We also developed an emergency fallback phone system to handle inbound calls in the case of a regional outage.
